Refund policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the receipt of your order, provided that the item is unused, clean, and in resalable condition.

To receive a refund, all return requests must be initiated by sending an email to bluffingboutique@gmail.com  or call 401-488-4182 

A Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued via email and must be clearly visible on the return package. Returns without an RMA may result in your credit for that order being delayed or denied.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser. Paid shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

Please allow 21 business days from the date you return your package for your refund to be credited to your original form of payment.

Please note that not all items may be returned. These items include items that are custom-made,used, damaged post-delivery, or not in resalable condition.
